Dina has spent her entire thirty year career within the real estate and construction industry holding vital roles that support her unique capacity to lead the growth and positioning of Verve Construction. Her experience ranges from property manager, project manager, CFO, and President. Her eventual role as president of this woman-owned business enterprise, Verve Construction, provides many benefits to companies looking to hire a locally owned general contractor that is woman owned and holds SBE and WOSB certificates. Her deep experience within prominent corporate real estate companies includes roles with Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell Crow Company and Grubb & Ellis Real Estate Company.

NICOLE MALM

VICE PRESIDENT

Nicole is a versatile executive who uses her experience in project accounting, bidding and project management to successfully help run day to day operations. With a background primarily in multifamily construction, she has the understanding and knowledge needed to delegate project teams and oversee the project to ensure first-class execution.

Before starting her career in Construction, Nicole attended Menlo College where she played collegiate Volleyball for all four years. She obtained her B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Real Estate.
